Developed strategic partnership with Apple around both enterprise computing innovation and consumer apps (games and play experiences with iOS).• Joined Mattel 2 weeks prior to full cutover to outsourced Infrastructure services (ITO), which were successfully transitioned to Wipro – a $120MM contract value over 6 years – within a 90 day period (first three months of my assignment). o Directly managed said outsourced relationship for the first 1 ½ years of transition and stabilization. Continue to be directly involved in service stabilization and transformation efforts, while the team exceeded SLA targets within 6 months of transition date. o Managed all aspects of Mattel’s Infrastructure VMO, across desktop management, data center operations, network operations, service desk management, demand and capacity management and contract management globally, for the outsourced initiative. • Partnered with CTO in Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewal to completion; 3-year agreement covering core licensing and software assurance, as well as step-up to Data Center edition products. • Continue to drive the Infrastructure transformation for Mattel which has is moving the company from a fully depreciated technology footprint, to best of breed technology. This is now allowing the company to drive business innovation technology initiatives around Asset Management, Product Life Cycle management and Multi-Channel initiatives.•
