Thomas and Coffey is a successful business based on supply of trade and engineering service to the industrial, mining and commercial centres of the Illawarra and Australia as a whole. My role within the company was to oversee the maintenance and project services of the crane division both Mechanical and Electrical with an emphasis on safety.Projects of note were the No5 blastfurnace reline (electrical projects) and the upgrade of No3 teemer crane (electrical and mechanical) in the BOS, both large scale projects for Blue Scope Steel.
