Products supported included proprietary Mutual Funds, Prudential’s Managed Account program, Annuities and Mutual Fund Wrap accounts.• Built an integrated sales desk composed of 4 managers and 60 sales representatives to support the wholesaling efforts of Prudential Investments. In the first year raised inbound and outbound call activity 60% while lowering abandoned calls to less than 2% and reducing hold times to 15 seconds.• Structured and implemented a variable compensation program to motivate, change behavior of and retain sales staff.• Responsible for the development of New Hire Training Program. The program is used as a recruiting tool to document a career path for those coming into the organization and reduced the time for new hires to become proficient in all product lines.
