Mr. Graff began his almost 40 year investigative career investigating violent crime, corruption, fraud, civil rights and narcotics, often coordinating efforts with state and local law enforcement. He specialized in complex investigations. Collateral duties included evidence response, firearms instruction, SWAT, and police instruction. Mr Graff was fortunate to have served in an era when the leadership of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and its investigative components still exemplified commitment to fair, objective and ethical administration of justice absent of political agendas. He maintains his commitment to these principles. After retiring from the FBI in 2010, Mr. Graff continued to expand his personal training and experience focusing on reconstruction of objective crime scene evidence including bloodstain and ballistic evidence. With a passion for the professional development of law enforcement, he developed courses of instruction for investigators.
