My experience includes Multifamily wood frame ground-up construction from site prep, framing, sheetrock and finish-out to occupancy. Prior projects requiring dirt work, building pad and site excavation; locating and re-routing electrical, gas and water lines; installation of roads and parking lots, on site paving and street repair. Coordination of temporary onsite storage facilities, lighting and mechanical utility set up. Manage, coordinate and schedule on site activities such material deliveries, trade labor, site inspections for all phases of the construction process. Collaborate and communicate with assigned Project manager and lead weekly team and project meetings. Implement and set job safety controls and programs in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines. Review blueprints, job specs and generate RFI’s to ensure project goals. Forecast, update and modify project schedule as needed.
