Directed full Loss prevention operations for Loblaws/IGA Co's eastern Canada. This was my position after I retired from the RCMP in 1994. I was involved in General Detachment activities early in my Service with the RCMP then went to Drugs and Major Crime. The last few years with the Force I was the Media relations coordinator for all of Nova Scotia working directly with the Commanding Officers of the day.I was involved in presenting a public relations program to the public in Nova Scotia and lectured on multi subjects in support of the RCMP in Nova Scotia and subjects ranging from Major Crime activities to Drug Awareness programs in Nova Scotia and across Canada.I have developed a small company after my retirement in 2007( Cover you Assets ) Consulting and Investigative Services. This company interacts with Buisness and private citizens in a broad range of matters. I have developed programs that involve Lecturing to University classes in Public Relations and Communications.The above is just a glimpse of the qualifications that I hold.I have received certificates in Crisis Management and Mediation from Dalhousie University and am able to work in all enviorments such as retail, Distrebution,public and private sector etc.Public speaking and motivation interactions are also part of my profile, both inside and outside the Police communities .
