The notable achievements I have accomplished in this role include the development of strategic policies and capacity building for trauma informed practices, which target an integrated poultry supply chain, a major project with the Vietnamese Government. I headed the negotiations and was awarded the works package for a rail industry project. This consisted of the delivery of a company improvement plan, an Indigenous employment strategy and extensive negotiation with major stakeholders.
I provided strategic advice and consultancy, supervised approvals and managed multimillion-dollar budgets for projects ranging from $10M to $100M. I oversaw several major residential and commercial projects across New South Wales, Gold Coast and South East Queensland, and ensured that all projects were delivered on time and within budget and expected quality. I collaborated with leading financial institutions and private fund management companies to accurately structure complex project finance management for both debt and debt/equity structures.The projects I accomplished included the following:• Integrated intensive food production project in Western Sydney• 68 residential lot material change of use in Arundel, Gold Coast (commenced construction in 2018)• 38 lot residential subdivision in Gilston, Gold Coast• Neighbourhood commercial shopping complex in Gilston, Gold Coast (construction to commence in 2019)

I also worked with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction management contractor (Tier 1), on the Santos GLNG Western Major Project Total project value $16B, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Queensland.

I was responsible for the effective management of trust accounts and I undertook full cycle sales and property management processes while heading contract negotiations.
