During my tenure, I have completed comprehensive research and have developed a complex high level feasibility study and business plan for an intensive poultry farm project in Vietnam, with the project valued at around $200M USD. I also skilfully delivered high level briefings to senior Vietnamese and Chinese government officials. In fact, I was selected by HunterNet NSW as part of the trade envoy to China in 2018 to promote Indigenous enterprise and products. I was also successful in securing government and major international financial support to commence the project delivery in 2019, which is currently subject to relevant local approval.

My position entails taking the responsibility for overseeing and directing all company operations, ensuring the achievement of targets in all areas, including financial, operational, human resources, cultural competency and WHSE. I ensure alignment to the company vision to create and develop dynamic and motivated teams and employees. I also apply my knowledge and expertise in project planning and delivery, steering staff and resources while forging productive client partnerships to ensure project success.I have led the development and trademarking of the “Lullaby Infant Formula,” a premium stage 3 infant formula brand for domestic and international markets. I also conducted successful negotiations with a leading Australian brand for the use of material for marketing.

In my current role, I demonstrate proactive leadership in managing all operational responsibilities governing financial, operational, WHSE, human resources and cultural competency. I design and develop methods to achieve targeted company objectives while advocating alignment with company visions and aspirations. I also manage a wide range of projects, clients and staff, focusing on performance, efficiency, productivity and quality. The notable achievements I have accomplished in this role include the development of strategic policies and capacity building for trauma informed practices, which target an integrated poultry supply chain, a major project with the Vietnamese Government. I headed the negotiations and was awarded the works package for a rail industry project. This consisted of the delivery of a company improvement plan, an Indigenous employment strategy and extensive negotiation with major stakeholders.

I provided strategic advice and consultancy, supervised approvals and managed multimillion-dollar budgets for projects ranging from $10M to $100M. I oversaw several major residential and commercial projects across New South Wales, Gold Coast and South East Queensland, and ensured that all projects were delivered on time and within budget and expected quality. I collaborated with leading financial institutions and private fund management companies to accurately structure complex project finance management for both debt and debt/equity structures.The projects I accomplished included the following:• Integrated intensive food production project in Western Sydney• 68 residential lot material change of use in Arundel, Gold Coast (commenced construction in 2018)• 38 lot residential subdivision in Gilston, Gold Coast• Neighbourhood commercial shopping complex in Gilston, Gold Coast (construction to commence in 2019)

My primary duty involved managing all operational responsibilities, enabling the achievement of high level performance, productivity and profitability through effective leadership. I also provided business advice to support the decisions of an international board with members from Korea and Malaysia. I was able to apply my exceptional communication skills in providing recommendations to a culturally and geographically diverse board where English was a second language. During this period, I negotiated with a Korean company, endorsing the investment into the Australian agribusiness sector, with the project valued at $30M. I was also able to secure an initial equity funding of $7M AUD for land purchase for the project and relevant approvals. Additionally, I gained the approval for integrated tourism and intensive agribusiness project (cattle feed lotting) with 10,000 head STC.

I was responsible for engaging with various stakeholders to ensure excellent and effective service and program delivery. I formulated and managed the highly developed policy implementation of a number of policies as part of the Cultural Heritage Management Plan, Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) Social License to operate, local Content Plan Environmental and OHS&E. I also worked with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction management contractor (Tier 1), on the Santos GLNG Western Major Project Total project value $16B, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Queensland.

In this role, I directed the overall operations and management as principal of a large real estate agency, overseeing over 15 staff. I was responsible for the effective management of trust accounts and I undertook full cycle sales and property management processes while heading contract negotiations. I developed the skills and capabilities of agents and staff. I also generated and developed strategic marketing campaigns. My key achievements in this role include being featured in the book “Real Estate Millionaire” by Fiona Jones, a leading industry figure in real estate. I also successfully sold in excess of $100M in property.

I played professional rugby in the National League 1 completion in England. My career was only cut short due to working visa issues and I returned to Australia.

My notable achievements in this role include obtaining the AFMA (Australian Fisheries Management Authority) dual accreditation. I successfully investigated and prosecuted offenders in high value industries such as Abalone and Eastern Rock Lobster. I also led community consultations and successfully amended the legislation for “Cultural Fisher Clause”. Apart from these, I completed high level legal briefs for prosecution under Fisheries Management Act NSW. I also accomplished complex ministerial reporting on compliance figures for the Sydney South District Fisheries Office.
