Gregson and Brooke ltd was formed in 2008 and During my time at Gregson and Brooke ltd was in the capacity as sales director, my primary focus was to drive sale through organic growth., with limited cash my role was to recruit the right people and implement the infrastructure to grow the business to enable to have a streamed line and robust sales team, my role covered advertising, recruitment, initial training and ongoing training for the staff.The company grew from strength to strength, in 2010 I had 50 sales staff, driving the business on within a very structured and compliant manor, adhering to all protocol provided to us by our regulator. In 2011 we expanded and moved to larger premises, over the next 6 month I grew the sales team to an international level of 250 plus staff before I allowed the robust structure I put in to plan and now I allow the team to self-manage, now being in a position to run the numbers through the management team in place.
