CurrentGary has over 40 years of experience in process engineering for industrial and municipal wastewater and contaminated groundwater treatment. His responsibilities include client management, proposal preparation, client negotiations and project delivery. He has participated in projects for various industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metal finishing, semiconductor, food and beverage, photochemical, petrochemical and oil refining. His experience includes wastewater treatment investigations, design and troubleshooting; process demonstration/research projects; CSO and floatable control evaluations and contaminated groundwater treatment investigations. He has managed and performed studies for biological, chemical and physical treatment processes. He has also managed several municipal and institutional stormwater and wastewater infrastructure inspection programs. Recent projects include wastewater process modeling and design for several Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) wastewater treatment facilities, development of a conceptual municipal sludge management plan, wastewater treatment evaluations for microconstituents and pharmaceutical actives and disinfection and dechlorination investigations for a 170 MGD municipal wastewater treatment facility. Gary is an active member of the New Jersey and New York Water Environment Associations and the Water Environment Federation and frequently presents at regional and national conferences and workshops.
