- Deploying the ScheduleWise workflow management application across the FMS organization (~2400 clinics)- Training of Regional VPs, Directors of Operations, and Clinical Managers in the use of ScheduleWise, the clinical and financial benefits of an optimal workflow, and workflow optimization concepts- Optimization Training: Teach the development of optimal treatment schedules that meet company safety and quality standards, and align with productivity goals- Productivity Management Training: Teach the fundamental productivity calculations and provide a clear understanding of how to achieve and sustain productivity through the development of optimal schedules and aligned staffing- Change Management: Training of Director of Operations and Clinical Managers in the implementation of new schedules, overcoming patient and staff resistance to change, and on-going incremental change- Crisis Management: Work directly with clinics facing CMS Immediate Jeopardy situations, and clinics at risk due to significant safety, quality, or cost issues
