With over 25 years of diverse professional experience, Gary has excelled in various fields. Starting his career as a recruiter, he quickly advanced to manage the Florida region, specializing in legacy system and growth into web based solutions. Alongside his corporate success, Gary has managed and operated several successful small businesses.Gary’s dedication to service led him to join the Phoenix Police Department. During his tenure, he has served as a patrol officer, a field training officer responsible for training new officers, and a detective investigating violent crimes and death investigations. Currently, he is a Sergeant overseeing security and operations at Phoenix International Airport. His responsibilities include managing airport security, coordinating security for high-profile and government officials, and working closely with the TSA and other security personnel. Gary ensures a visible security presence through regular patrols and responds to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities, coordinating with emergency services as needed. He also trains and supervises airport security staff.Despite his career shift, Gary remains active in the employment sector, continuing to consult, manage, and lead full-time placement companies.
