As the Director of Human Resources for Little Caesars Pizza Rocky Mountain Region, I was responsible for recruiting and hiring over 200 management level positions for their Colorado restaurants. I was also responsible for employee relations, including promotions, discipline and terminations. The Rocky Mountain region experienced the lowest management turnover from 1990 to 1992.• The organization had no HR professional to hire and train management in the Colorado market. My responsibility was to implement the corporate policies of the national Detroit, Michigan office in the Colorado Market.• I built the HR Department and staffed the market from a beginning 3 stores to 55 stores in only four years. • In an industry notorious for very high turnover, Little Caesar’s Denver market had the lowest management turnover in the entire company in 1991.
