Apprenticeship with Email Pty Ltd. worked 8yrs within Email related companies as maintenance supervisor and leading hand.Self employed for10yrs in the Electrical and mechanical services trade including small to medium commercial HVAC installation.Contracted into Westpac to roll out national energy management program as Energy Manager. This role involved the identification of excess energy usage, design individual solutions and project manage the implementation throughout the national portfolio of commercial buildings and branch network.Initiated remote energy monitoring systems throughout the portfolio and was responsible for the ongoing energy reduction through building services fine tuning for more than 20 commercial sites and 200 branches.Worked for MPL Group for 2 yrs. as Project Director and Property Services manager implementing the Y2K audit of Westpac commercial and retail sites nationally. This involved the auditing and verifications of all keys building services operating systems throughout Westpac and a number of smaller client portfolios.Worked for National Project Consultants as Energy Management consultant for 3 years to roll out the Defence Energy Efficiency Program nationally.Moved to EP&T as manager Technical Services, where I developed the process and procedures as well as initiated the highly successful MARS program which is now implemented at more than 250 sites internationally.My current role is national Technical Support Manager where I provide technical input and support through EP&T offices and client both within Australia and internationally.
