Contract writer undertaking multiple projects, including:> Developing assessment material for 30 units of competency to meet AQTF standards. This included units from multiple qualifications in different training packages.> Developing RPL kits for approximately 50 units of competency. > Human Factored Technical Procedure Writing> Acting Water Treatment Supervisor> Acting Senior Operator> Acting Plant Technical LeadI developed hundreds of human factored, standard operating procedures within timeframes covering all major aspects of the business and operations. This involved extensive research and liaison with multiple parties. I developed procedures for multiple water treatment facilities, field and gas plant operations, supply chain and transport / material handlingI also acted as procedure development co-ordinator on multiple occasions, leading a team of writers. In early 2014 I was requested to act as Water Treatment Supervisor at Spring Gully for three months. In 2015 I was seconded to act as Senior Operator and Plant Technical Lead at Reedy Creek Water Treatment Facility for three months. During this time there were multiple projects occurring in addition to the normal plant operation. This included commissioning of newly constructed process equipment. Other duties included incident response and investigation, fault finding and optimisation. My work involved extensive use of IT systems. This included Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, document management systems and HSE systems. I was often asked for assistance in using systems and applications and finding up to date information. During my time at Origin I was on FIFO roster based at various sites within a few hours of Roma QLD. Shifts were 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with 11 hour days. I was a Permit Authority, Asset supervisor, Discipline supervisor and Authorised mechanical isolator under Origin’s permit to work system.

Documenting a new Learner Management System implementation.This included several user guides, cheat sheets and system documents.

This involved extensive stakeholder consultation and engagement with multiple variations to cater for four different locations and their specific requirements.Technical writing and instructional design for Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). I developed user guides for a new system implementation. This was followed by training program design and scenario based learning segments.Managed the delivery of Diploma of TAA programs with exceptional feedback. Program, assessment and learner guide design. Customisation of all of these for various clients, e.g. NSW Fire and Rescue (COMSAFE) and Commonwealth Bank.Delivery of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104 and TAE40110) to more than 150 people in a variety of organisations with exceptional feedback.Lead Technical writer for the Singapore Exchange. I led a team to document an IT systems upgrade. This 4 month project resulted in several hundred pages in two massive documents targeted at system interface developers.Policy and procedure development and maintenance, internally and for clients.Registered Training Organisation (RTO) audit preparation, internally and for clients.Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) auditing.
