CeoGreen Hills 1985 - 2010During his tenure as CEO of Green Hills, the store was an internationally acclaimed independent supermarket in Syracuse, NY and was named “The Best Little Grocery Store in America” by Inc. magazine. Hawkins launched one of the first retail loyalty programs in the US market there in 1993. Developing new insights from shopper data, Hawkins went on to create myriad marketing initiatives designed to reward, recognize, and retain shoppers.
