Working closely with Operations and Engineering to construct Production and Pipeline Facility's within our Permian Basin leasehold. Production facility's included single well sites to over 20 well CTB's. Worked closely with our sales management to install pipeline to reduce cost of operations. Continued efforts with Production and Engineering to develop efficiencies into all of our construction efforts. Found sources and developed contracts for 3rd party disposals (on pipe to reduce trucking expenses) as well as maximizing best use of our own disposals. Completed facility designs with maximum recovery of all hydrocarbons with goal of zero emissions. Spearheaded standards of design including; wellhead, all lift methods; Tank battery, dedicated separator allocation to test/satellite with bulk separation; and pipeline standards regarding material used in construction. Constructed pipeline connecting core development areas to disposal facility's coordinating efforts with engineering, drilling and reservoir planning. Built disposal facility's and managed Ops to dispose of approximately 500MBPD. Management included (Team-Direct Reports) Production Foremen, Construction Foremen, Lease Operators, Facility Managers, Line Locator Foremen, Warehouse Foreman and Production Assistant.
