Refinery crude planners/schedulers- ATC vessel scheduling into west coast refineries; optimize deliveries to minimize potential for refinery ANS run-outs. 3rd party scheduling- maintain relationships with 3rd party vessel schedulers, as it relates to potential location/tonnage exchange agreements.
