CurrentMr. Heffner was assigned Director of Training for S2 Global in early 2010 and has developed and conducted extensive training for S2 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Mexico MSAT Project, Albania, Ireland, Sri Lanka, India, Qatar, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Guatemala, Pakistan and Brazil. Training curriculum includes image analysis training utilizing S2 University an interactive web based training platform and comprehensive on site work with daily scan operations. In addition to training S2 Global personnel, Mr. Heffner has developed and conducted training to United States Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Officials, numerous Puerto Rican Government Agencies, Mexican Customs Officials, Pakistan Customs Officials, Oman Royal Police, Guatemalan Customs, Irish Customs Officers, Canadian Customs (CBSA), India Customs, Saudi Arabia Customs, Qatar Customs, Sri Lankan Customs, Indian Customs, Costa Rican Gov't Officers, Iraq Minister of Interior and Albanian Customs Officials. Mr. Heffner continues to evolve training development to address the global regional market to ensure customs agencies and border police are subjected to their local conveyances, cargo and threat items. S2 University training is a web based LMS unique that it is equipment agnostic and focuses on image interpretation utilizing thousands of "real world" images, manifest data and hundreds of "live" images of actual contraband to include narcotics, weapons, human smuggling, cigarettes, manifest discrepancies and more. S2 University also contains training courses relevant to Sports and Event Security to include checkpoint entrance training on walk through metal detectors, hand held metal detectors, x-ray baggage checks and more. Our full time training team consists of retired US CBP Managers and former US Marine/DoD personnel.
