We will be able to bring internal temps of primals down to 34-36 degrees in less than 60 minutes. Reducing the chance for pathogens to grow. Reducing labor 30-50 percent, reducing cooling space. More production with less square footage. Producing a safer working environment for employees while reducing carpal tunnel syndrome. A safer product for our consumers.
