Count and inventory product comparing actual quantities with “Virtual” database using RF barcode scanners. Correct variances in inventory, Drive Process Improvements to meet customer demands.

 Provided CAD support for principle engineers in development of the T10 Small Network Processor (SNP) a small rugged computer system able to withstand military ground vehicle environments while providing encrypted data storage, general purpose data processing, and secure high speed network connections.  Produced and manipulated complex Pro/ENGINEER parts and assemblies for drawing creation. Developed new parts, assemblies, and drawings from responsible engineer’s preliminary sketches, layouts, and notes. Checked models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and design intent. Processed drawing changes (ECN’s) from redline markups to meet new configurations, thus improving products and ease of manufacture. Tracked design status and released files to production folders when acting as department “Librarian”. Used military and industry standards to comply with government contracts. Maintain accurate records to achieve company compliance and good time management.

 Provided CAD support for principle engineers in development of surveillance systems for Airborne, Surface, and Sub-Surface applications using military and industry standards to comply with government contracts. Assisted in the development of new designs and the maintenance of existing product while meeting both project deadlines and government requirements in a Pro/ENGINEER environment. Projects supported: surveillance systems for P-3 and JSF aircraft, Aegis destroyers, and submarine workstations.

 Provided CAD support for responsible engineers in system chassis design on both vector and massively parallel supercomputers. Assisted engineers in component layout of printed circuit board modules. Processed engineering change orders (ECO’s), created bills of material (BOM’s), and performed EPDM (Product Data Management) functions. Projects supported: Cray C90, T3D, and T3E supercomputers.
