Blue Cord Exercise Support provides 5 capabilities 1. Exercise Design, Development and Execution for Conventional and Special Operations Forces preparing to deploy for combat operations.2. Physical Security Assessments for High Schools, Critical Infrastructure, Hospitals and Churches. Security audits, surveys assessments and plans to include light surveys.3. Staff Augmentation for Military Organizations during surge operations or exercises to include MILDEC, IJSTO and Sensitive Activity Integration4. Junior Leader Development for High School and College ROTC. This includes: Orienteering course and Land Navigation Training as well as seminars in Military leadership topics.5. Special Projects to include: Documentation of Procedures, Plans, Working Group Organization and Minutes, and Leading or organizing an Operational Planning Team (OPT).

Generate bi-weekly Technical Intelligence reports that focus on UAS and RCIED developments as well as threat developments in weapons, EW, C4I and ISR.

Installed technology updates to Automated Vehicle Gates and Pedestrian Gates.Conducted Trouble Shooting on Low Voltage electric systemsConducted Operational Testing of Automated Entrance Gates for commissioning. RESULTS: developed trouble shooting skills with low voltage systems, learned skills to include fiber connections, trouble shooting skills to resolve IP based CCTV issues.

Conducted physical security risk assessments to meet NERC CIP 014-2 requirements to include conducting Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (R4) and Security Plans (R5) for the Electric Power industry. Augmented the staff of a special access program office as a subject matter expert on sensitive capabilities. Designed, coordinated and conducted pre-deployment training programs to prepare Navy, Army and Marine Corps combat units to employ classified capabilities in Iraq and Afghanistan. Installed software on classified computer networks and laptops. Trained analysts to use software and improve their ability to provide actionable intelligence. Supervisor for a 15-person team that supported the integration of classified capabilities into regional commander’s war plans and operations. Interfaced with numerous strategic partners to effect successful sharing of highly sensitive information and support critical organizational goals. Managed and served as system administrator for a key hub of a classified, closed area network. Security Manager for security for extremely sensitive capabilities. Supported U.S. Central Command as the senior planner for integrating classified capabilities (Special Technical Operations) to include a suite of cyber capabilities. During the early stages of the invasion of Iraq, chaired daily targeting meeting to synchronize classified capabilities to generate effects. RESULTS: Obtained approval and Integrated 15x classified capabilities into Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Exchange Officer with United Kingdom's Headquarters Infantry. Supported the British version of the NTC as an observer/trainer. Conducted battle lab experiments on Infantry weapons and tactics. Conducted studies on the load of an Infantryman and logistic support to sustain expeditionary operations.

Supported deployment of Battalion from Fort Bragg to Fort Stewart GA and National Training Center Fort Irwin CA. Battalion passed Operational Readiness Inspection with exceedingly high marks prior to assuming mission as Division Ready Force 1.

Lead Rifle Company (120 of America's best) in combat operations during Desert Storm as part of the 24th Infantry Division (Mech)

Primary Instructor for 35x Infantry 2d Lieutenants during IOBC. Conducted 6x cycles training over 240 Officers. Conduct tactical training at the Squad and Platoon level. Assessed each student on leadership and technical skills and certified each was prepared to assume duties as an Infantry Platoon Leader. Served as Primary Trainer to maintain the battalion file for Road March Instruction, Basic Rifle Marksmanship, Physical Fitness and Rifle Squad Assault Course.
