Currently works in the Product Development organization, managing business processes that enable airplane studies and development of airplane derivatives for the 737 MAX program. Previously managed business processes for development of airplane features in support of Commercial Airplane programs. Also supported affordability initiatives for new airplane and major derivative programs.

Led and managed a 50 employee organization responsible for the financial and performance management of and customer support to 11 Navy Reserve Centers and 3000 Navy Reservists across six states. Established and communicated strategic guidance and operating policies/priorities for the region. Directed the execution of a $45M annual operating budget.

Managed Navy Staff's different product/project selection processes for six science and technology programs worth over $500 million, maximizing available resources to best meet requirements. Coordinated with stakeholders, both internal and external to Navy Staff, to optimize funding decisions. Led the process to determine which products would be funded for Navy's largest science and technology transition program; coordinating the actions of a diverse group of military, academic and industry stakeholders. Led two Cross Functional Teams and coordinated with seven others to develop consensus recommendations approved by executive leadership.

Led and managed a 65 employee organization responsible for customer service to and performance management of 1600 Navy Reservists affiliated with 43 separate organizations. Directed change management initiatives while implementing a new Department of Defense civilian personnel compensation system. Managed a $4 million annual operating budget.

Communicated and coordinated with all four branches of the military to resolve issues affecting the materiel readiness of the four Reserve and two Guard components of the Armed Forces. Managed the average annual $400 million National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation program. Coordinated and monitored stakeholder equipment procurement, tracked all appropriated funding and wrote/submitted required annual and other reports to Congress.

Led a 15 employee organization responsible for training and customer support to over 300 Navy Reservists. Coordinated required project actions and provided customer input into the consolidation planning and building design for the merger and relocation of two Reserve Center staffs into a new facility. Managed an annual operating budget in excess of $1 million.

Coordinated programmatic budget submissions for the Naval Reserve Force.
