Project Engineer
Current-Daily installation and inventory tracking. Diligently monitor daily installations and inventory usage, ensuring precise and current records.-Extensive research and compliance. Conduct thorough research on pricing and door hardware specified by clients, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to specifications. -RFI and material submittal management. Create and complete RFIs and material submittals, maintaining clear and compliant documentation to support smooth project operations. -Productivity tracking and analysis. Develop and maintain productivity charts, continuously monitor progress, and present insights to drive project efficiency improvements. -Office and Field support. Provide essential support to C/O requests, clarity on drawings, and clarity on installation expectations. Also, provide field support, ensuring accurate and timely execution of project tasks while collaborating effectively with field teams. -Strategic communication and planning. Communicate with team members to devise and implement strategies that optimize productivity and uphold the highest installation quality standards. -Forecasting and continuous improvements. Utilize historical data to forecast future installation, continually refining tracking methods and calculations to achieve the highest accuracy. As a Project Engineer, I enhance project efficiency by managing RFIs, material submittals, daily installations, material management and coordination, etc. I conduct thorough research to ensure compliance, create productivity tracking charts, and support field teams.
