As a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer at AM Technical Solutions (AMTS), I bring a robust blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to every project I undertake. After completing my MBA in Augst 2023 I graduated in May 2024, enhancing my analytical and managerial skills. While in college, I played center field for the University's baseball team, learning valuable lessons about teamwork and perseverance. I started in construction and project management with my father's company, where he worked as an independent contractor for AMTS. Specializing in project estimation and bidding, I joined as a Project Engineer and Support Specialist, contributing wherever needed. This early experience provided invaluable insights into project estimation and management. In late 2023, AMTS offered me a full-time position, and I officially joined their team as Project Engineer on January 23, 2024. In my current role, I play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects. I assist superintendents and project managers, making their jobs easier and more efficient. My responsibilities include submitting RFIs and material submittals, handling documentation to guarantee clarity and compliance with clients' specifications, assisting in take-offs, and providing field support to ensure precise and timely project execution.I am also involved in material management, leading initiatives such as procuring tents to protect vulnerable materials from weather conditions and executing the movement of material on-site for installation. My efforts in tracking and improving material installation processes have significantly enhanced our project's efficiency. Additionally, I create and maintain productivity tracking charts, continuously monitoring progress to identify and implement improvements.Supporting our field team is a key aspect of my role. I help them understand project expectations and guide them to achieve our collective goals. My proactive approach and unwavering commitment to excellence make me a vital asset to our team. I am passionate about driving projects to successful completion and continuously seek opportunities to enhance my skills and contribute to the growth and success of AMTS.Every day I'm dedicated to fighting for my team, ensuring we deliver outstanding results and exceed expectations.
