I have an active TS/SCI w/ Poly. I am also PMP and Scrum Master (Agile) certified. I have over sixteen years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in the Intelligence Community with a focus on IT as well as Communications. I have a deep understanding of management functions to include: planning, scheduling, contractor coordination, estimates, budgets, design, QC, and inspections. I have also has worked in partnership with various customers to establish processes and procedures for business models and group work organization. This has enabled me to develop interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, satisfy immediate requests, and respond to ad-hoc duties as needed. I have managed the design of facility construction, infrastructure, IT systems, hardware and software projects and other distributed systems in accordance with recognized industry standards, methods, and procedures.
