I began my project related career at Financial Services provider Paymentshield, where I was responsible for developing / embedding best practice processes and procedures whilst coordinating progress across a major business change programme. As the sole Coordinator across a programme consisting of 12 projects, I played an influential role in monitoring the delivery phase of a company wide move to a new build and the introduction of a new underwriter. In an environment where resource prioritisation was crucial, my major stakeholders crossed all functions of the business.In 2008 I decided to seek a new direction to expand my skill set and experience level. I joined Arras People as a consultant at the beginning of that year, as I saw a healthy marriage between the company philosophies and the direction I wanted my career to take. Since then I have been reponsible for developing major accounts in a variety of sectors, such as engineering and public, with roles ranging from Project Coordinator to Programme Manager.
