Accurately and completely explain educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, andfinancial consideration to students, parents, and educators. Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity weekly goals; utilize approvedrecruitment policies/formats; make prompt and effective contact with inquiries and redirectunqualified candidates based upon incompatible career goals. Secure new inquiries (Personally Developed Referrals) by directly asking phone and in-personcontacts about referrals of others to contact that may be interested in programs offered. Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and determineappropriateness of candidates for enrollment based upon career goal compatibility. Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for admissions leadership. Consistently conduct follow-up meetings, monthly at minimum, with all applicants to ensuresuccessful matriculation. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including: open houses, regionalpresentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, community outreach, employerpartnerships, etc

Function as Lead on the Regulated Waste Team where products and hazardous materials suchas contaminated products, items for destruction, disposal, resale, or donation are properlymanaged in a manner compliant with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and serveas the POC for incidental spill/leak/release cleanup activities. Oversee the donations program. Liaison with local charities to certify eligibility, schedule pickups, and ensure donations are compliant with Amazon Policy. Reconciliation of site inventories, hazardous chemicals and waste materials;characterization/determination including proper segregation, containerizing, labeling andpreparing for shipment, in accordance with DOT and RCRA requirements. Provide and facilitate all required training to associates in the hazardous waste stream includingRegulated Waste Associates and ICQA associates processing damages and destroys. Serve as designated Regulated Waste representative of assigned Fulfillment Center (FC),coordinating and implementing all areas of the Amazon Regulated Waste Program as directedby Safety Manager of the FC.
