Ipolytech provide materials technology support to companies from all industrial sectors and the legal profession. Project work focuses on aspects of failure analysis, product development and component durability assessment of plastic components. Training courses are delivered both in the UK and mainland Europe.

Head of a team of multi-disciplined engineers including materials engineers, mechanicalengineers, transducer designers and electronic engineers developing components foruse in NXT flat panel loudspeakers. Development components included novelcomposite/plastic panel materials and magnetic circuit designs for use in high force andhigh power handling transducer applications. Work included liaison with manufacturersboth within Europe and in China and the development of training modules for Chineselicensees to develop an understanding of manufacturing and quality control issues for flatpanel loudspeaker production.

Working with clients from industrial, academic and legal professions to provide consultative support on all aspects of polymer technology. Particular skills in assessment of the long term durability of polymer products failure analysis plastic components. Significant experience has been built up whilst working with clients from all industrial sectors utilising all common and specialist thermoplastic materials. A significant amount of work was conducted for the legal profession and court appearances have been made both within the UK and Eire.
