My Time with Arcadia has been fulfilling and enjoyable and I am particularly proud to have achieved the following whilst with the group:• Successfully coordinated the launch of the new Arcadia DC collaborating with diverse teams to launch the project on time.• Influenced the expected saving of £300,000 by bringing store returns and internet returns in house for rework and collation.• Delivered 1/2 Million pieces a month of wholesale stock to UK wholesale customers.

I was promoted to Senior Operations & Customer Services Manager within a year of joining due to the success of initiatives and subsequent improvement of performance, although the business never reached its full potential, I am particularly pleased that we achieved as a team:• Embedded and managed the Customer Service and Operations team into the business fostering a collaborative approach to working with suppliers, customers and internal teams. • Managed freight budget of £2 Million reducing airfreight costs by 50%.• Gaining clarity of the full supply chain with visibility of sales, purchases and stock status by implementing Netsuite ERP which was primarily driven by my team and I enabling clear order status reporting and enabling clearer free to sell opportunities to be presented earlier.• Reduced customer complaints due to improved year on year delivery performance hitting 95% OTIF in the final season by visiting customers and DC’s to understand how we could improve. • Saving £100,000 within the supply chain by reworking sales and purchase orders for larger customers to reduce handling and costs.

I was promoted to Director from my original role of Supply Chain and Production Manager the company was a test bed for future IOT technology. Embedding electronics into garments and accessories was challenging but enjoyable achievements at Visijax:• Reduced stock holding by improving ordering process and increasing North American sales by participating in the Interbike show in Las Vegas.• Reduced garment failures by improving garment production process whilst on trips to Chinese factories.• Sourced new suppliers of workwear product for next phase of intelligent garments.• Learnt a lot about Lithium Ion batteries both the testing requirements and the International transportation regulations which enabled safe transit of the product.

I spent a short but enjoyable period with Crew a La Mode on a contracting basis • Reviewed the critical path and implementing systems to manage orders and stock enabling reliable production forecasts and built sustainable partnerships with suppliers.

Rapha started my love of road bike cycling which I have carried with me to today. Rapha was in start-up mode they needed additional production and supply chain experience which I bought to the business and achieved the following:• Managed critical path with factory both remotely and in person to ensure proposed launch dates were achieved.• Improved quality assurance by introducing and managing external quality teams in Europe and Asia.• Managed weekly meetings with product developers reviewing product keeping product on time and to budget.• Successfully managed and coached a team to play a full role in supporting the increase in turnover in 3 years from £8M to £26M.• Sourced new factories.• Negotiated rates throughout the supply chain.• Managed Team Sky quick turnround orders for riders to wear casually and during competition.
