Responsible for the overall delivery, implementation and reporting of the progress of programmes to the Programme Director. Provide assistance to Commercial Manager to ensure adherence to contractual deliverables.Monitoring and review of work schedules and scope. Providing progress reports & metrics against schedule. Attendance of customer & Sub Contractor meetings/conference calls. Interfacing and interacting directly with senior management from other companies. Management of General Dynamics sub contractors. Risk & Opportunity management and mitigation of associated programme risks. Exception reporting as required escalating or referring key risks or issues. Responsible for adherence to all General Dynamics corporate policies and procedures. Management of multi disciplined staff, office and field based, with varying skills, technical abilities and backgrounds. Approving and setting objectives set by managers, reporting and appraisal writing of staff. Provide guidance, advice or resolution to both technical and non technical issues raised by team members.Responsible for ensuring the Health and Safety of all personnel within the General Dynamics area of the programme. Interviewing of candidates, both internal and external, for roles within the project.

Management of all aspects of the Commercial obligations ensuring adherence to contractual deliverables. Interfacing and interacting directly with Senior Management from other companies within the DII (F) Atlas Consortium. Exception reporting as required escalating or referring key risks or issues to the Stakeholders both internal and external.Responsible for adherence to all General Dynamics corporate policies and procedures. Management of a number of multi disciplined staff with a variety of technical abilities and backgrounds. Approving and setting objectives set by managers, reporting and appraisal writing of staff.Responsible for ensuring the Health and Safety of all personnel within the General Dynamics area of the programme.

Reporting to the Operations Director on the progress of the teams deployed to provide services to the customer. Provide weekly progress reports against schedule. Attend weekly customer and Client meetings. Responsible for the approx 160 sites within the North region this includes Northern Ireland.Managing both internal staff and external sub contractor staff. Adherence to an aggressive accelerated role out that required rapid, but managed, responses to requests received from the customer. Risk & Opportunities management, identification and mitigation. Management of both programme and individual site risks. Manage internal and external agencies in order to gain assurance/approval of the designs. Manage implementation of the designs via General Dynamic’s site project managers. Manage ATLAS approved installation sub contractor to schedule and standards.
