I started work in horticulture in 1976 in Johnsons Seeds Garden Shop in the centre of Boston, Lincolnshire. I then progressed in to retail products development and technical advice at the main company of Johnsons rising to the position of General Manager of the flower bulb and mail order divisions. In 1998 I became owner and Managing Director of The Boston Bulb Company Ltd specialising in flower bulbs, grass seed, seed potatoes, onion sets and many more products covering retail shops, garden centres, nurseries, growers, landscapers, public bodies and large private individuals.As part of our on going development we are adding in new products and services year on year. We have recently introduced our own website offering a comprehensive range of products and specialist advice for our full range of flower bulb and grass seed products.
