Dynamic Professional with Diverse Experience in Automotive, Audio Technology, and EducationI am a passionate and results-driven professional with a unique blend of experience in the automotive industry, audio technology, and education. My career journey began in 1989 with an apprenticeship in automotive light vehicles, where I completed levels 1, 2, and 3. Following this, I became an MOT tester and achieved an HNC level 4 in management. I then advanced to the roles of Workshop Controller and Manager of Renault Minute.Simultaneously, I pursued a career as a recording and touring musician, playing across Europe and the UK, performing in front of crowds of up to 30,000 people. During this time, I earned a degree and a master's in Audio Technology and successfully ran my own recording studio and rehearsal room.In 2010, I transitioned into teaching, sharing my expertise in automotive, audio technology, and drumming as a consultant in secondary, further, and higher education. I then became a full-time automotive lecturer and coordinator, completing assessor and IQA qualifications, and eventually took on the role of Senior Learning Lead for Engineering.Currently, I am working for the IMI as a Moderator, where I continue to leverage my extensive experience and knowledge. My work ethic is driven by a passion for what I do, a focus on finding solutions rather than problems, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to upskill. Outside of my professional life, I maintain my passion for drumming and continue to tour.
