With over 40 years of experience as a CEO and Board Chairman of an ENR top 100 design firm, I have enjoyed working with over 30 firms in the Nashville area developing long-range plans and conducting retreats to finalize said plans and to monitor their success. I believe the retreat to be critical to a company's success. The agenda may be leadership, monitoring a plan, or simply doing a check-in with C suite leaders. Getting away from the office with an internal or external facilitator keeps the culture and direction of the firm on course. I operate a retreat center on the Cumberland River convenient to the airport and Middle Tennessee. Multi-day, meals, and a relaxing secluded facility is perfect for an economic get-away.
