I have over 7 years of experience in managing dozens of ServiceNow implementations, using the best practices and methodologies of the Now Platform®. I also facilitate client knowledge transfer and product adoption, helping customers achieve the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment.My passion lies in program and project management, continuous improvement, and team leadership. I have a strong background in IT business services management and IT governance, with certifications in PMP, ITIL, and Electronics Engineering Technology. I have successfully led and supported multiple complex and strategic initiatives, such as contact centre transformation, SPM Strategic portfolio management, GRC IT governance, risk and compliance, and ITOM CMDB with discovery and services mapping.
