My responsibility at Global HR is to perform Traffic Controller-Level 2 supervision to our various jobsites in Brisbane on roads at UQ Kelvin Grove, Pradella at South Brisbane and PBS Group at Fortitude Valley. I have to make sure that the traffic control signs are set up according to the management plans, allocate traffic controllers on each areas and make sure all safety are observe.

I have been operating 15t CAT CP74 Padfoot Roller, 10t CAT CS-563E Smooth Drum Roller, Compactor, Dozer, Excavator, Loader, Skid Steer , Rigid Dump Trucks and Articulated Dump Trucks, based at Mirvac-Miles Laydown Project and Brisbane civil and construction job sites.Other responsibility is to verify a person’s competency as L&D Contracting Trainer & Assessor Examiner. Competency verification shall be completed for each item of mobile plant & equipment by the plant operator & a competent supervisor/operator (whom shall be an approved license/ticket holder). Verification of Competency (VOC) card is issued for every operator/supervisor who passes to be competent. Work on 21/7 roster.Apart from operating L&D Contracting machineries, I also perform Traffic Controller to our various jobsites ie. QUT, Mirvac Springfield, FKP-Milton and Mirvac Miles.

Operating off site equipment, including Crushing Equipment, Front End Loaders, Excavators and Articulated Dump Trucks, and to maintain the workplace. Other responsibilities include load hopper within specified weights and ensure required paper works including pre-start, load rite dockets and defect advises are provided to the supervisor at the completion of each shift.
