Our aim is to maintain control and ownership of the collateral throughout each back-to-back trade to significantly reduce default risk.The short duration of each underlying transaction means that the strategy will experience high volumes of cash flows on a monthly basis. Although this may lead to a “cash drag” in some months, it allows the strategy to crystalize returns regularly as well as to meet liquidity requirements as mandated.In promising 90-day liquidity, operations are our core focus to ensure deals liquidate as planned. We currently employ one operations member per USD 15m AuM, which ensures sufficient control, monitoring, and tracking of overall live deals.
