Having thrived in high-volume manufacturing with more than 25 years of experience in process and product development, new product introduction and commercialization, my goal is to manage and create processes for cost-effective, sustainable manufacturing. I have the expertise to break down operations and technical workflows, identify and solve problems up front, analyze the designs for manufacturability, test and reliability, and identify the essential Critical to Function areas in the design, process development and supply chains to bring products to market. My most recent concentration has been in the commercialization of process intensive, precision, high volume products, and organization development, to ensure controllable growth, high probability of return on investments, and faster time to profit.
