Led the following business initiatives:• Developed and restructured the organizational hierarchy to move from a corporate centric operating model to an organization designed around category focused business units. • Implemented effectiveness programs that saved hundreds of millions of dollars through streamlining and eliminating non critical work by changing business and management processes• Led the organization and change management initiatives in over 30 billion dollars of acquisitions and divestitures • Served in a leadership capacity for/and implemented the Human Resources and organizational work involved in a Fortune 50 IPO• Led and managed a real estate and facilities strategic platform that saved $100mm while transforming the work environment for employeesLeading and implementing these business transformations developed insights on how to flex and adapt ones leadership style to thrive during periods of organizational disruption and transition.
