Over 25 years of experience building/running my IT consulting company and ultimately selling it to a private equity backed roll-up in 2020 and exiting a year later.I am now working with MSPs as an M&A Advisor, Fractional CIO, Executive Coach and Peer Group Facilitator. Most successful owners I’ve met struggle to understand their financials and know why some lines of business are making money while others are losing money. To address this, I’ve built and continually update/tweak a financial analysis tool that provides easy to understand industry metrics & benchmarks for MSPs. I then work together with owners to construct strategic plans to make them more profitable, build EBITDA, with the overall goal of building their company’s market value.
