My duties and responsibilities include all aspects of fine jewelry design and repair, including but not limited to custom designs, general repairs, working with the guests to create an individual experience that they can wear home. This is a production oriented shop that relies on the ability of its jewelers to execute controlled and efficient repairs on a rather large scale. I maintain all inventory control protocols and standards per Sterling requirements. I repair a very large volume of jewelry on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Managed all aspects of daily operations for a medium sized plumbing company, including but not limited to answering multiple phone lines, scheduling all service and installation calls, managing (6) plumbers and (2) drain techs. Maintained all inventory standards, vehicle maintenance protocols, built all service and installation schedules including any equipment needed, permits required, as well as dealing directly with the client or company that we were providing service to.This was both a Commercial and Residential plumbing company with a very large customer base.

Managed all aspects of daily operations for a small HVAC Co. Including but not limited to, answering all phone lines, scheduling all service calls, maintaining all inventory standards, managed A/R and A/P accounts for the company, and processed payroll and taxes.This was a small privately owned HVAC company with 2 service techs and 2 installers.

I began my career in the jewelry industry accepting a position in the wax department of this company. I spent roughly 2 years as an apprentice while learning all aspects of fine jewelry manufacturing. Once promoted, I Managed all aspects of the daily operations of a fine jewelry wholesale manufacturing company. Very well versed in all disciplines of jewelry repair and manufacturing, including but not limited to; Custom wax carving, mold cutting, vacuum assisted and centrifugal casting, ability to set stones in any discipline, channel set, prong set, bezel set, pave'​, micro pave'. Responsible for all new master models for manufacturing purposes. Responsible for all quality control standards and all security standards for precious metal recovery, I also maintained all inventory standards, tool and material replenishment. Supervised shop personel in a manufacturing setting.
