Responsible for supervising a team of Security Personnel and providing first line management to the operational shift to ensure that all duties are carried out properly. Undertaking regular internal and external foot patrols of a site whilst protecting a client’s property against loss, theft, damage and waste. Conducting regular site walks throughout a shift to ensure the smooth running of security operations. Ensuring Security Officers are performing their duties to the appropriate standard. Ensuring a site is a safe and pleasant environment for our customers at all times. Responding, detecting, resolving and reporting any security breaches to ASM and assigning tasks and duties to an entire security team. Investigating security breaches and incidents. Ensuring security personnel have a full understanding of their duties. Responding to emergency situations as they happen. Also involved in monthly staff care reports and quarterly performance indicators. Updating rosters and bringing in cover for holidays and sickness at short notice. Received commendation from superiors after the client asked for their personal thanks to be conveyed after displaying exceptional continual performance, delivering on contractual requirements to the client.

I am currently employed by G4s as Control Room Supervisor delivering high levels of customer service and security provision on a continuous 24/7 day basis. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage others effectively.Monitoring security equipment, maintaining IT programs for the gathering of data and secure storing of information, supervising other security staff, assembling, documenting abnormal occurrences on a job site, and training of security teams which entails detailed record keeping. Regularly required to liaise with other supervisory employees so as to discuss important security matters with them. Operating CCTV monitoring equipment.
