Took over and managed a migration project of moving approximately 3700 mailboxes from an email environment running MDaemon mail services to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 environment. Created documentation for systems and procedures and trained an intern position how to perform necessary tasks. Performed backup responsibilities for the Exchange environment servers that are housed in an Austin data center. Provided excellent remote customer support for email services across the US and Canada. Became Google AdWords certified and used those skills to manage AdWords and internet marketing campaigns for several customers with AdWords and MailChimp.

As IT Manager at the City of Brenham I manage a staff of 6 IT professionals and support around 75 servers, 300 desktop and laptops, 280 users, Cisco VoIP phone system, ONSSI Ocularis video system with 36 IP cameras, over 60 wireless AP's with a Cisco WCS controller, over 30 miles of fiber optic cable, support for the Library network and the 911 Communications Center, 35 MDT's for City of Brenham Police and Fire vehicles, with additional support for 25 MDT's in the Washington County Sheriff's Office vehicles and EMS ambulances.
