The Cathedral was my spiritual home, I was asked to come aboard to help take the building from a Basement to Bell Tower assessment. A part time position soon turned into a full time position. I Handled the day to day operations for a 190 year old Episcopal Cathedral and 5 story office building. Overseeing Maintenance, Security and capital improvements. This also included event setup for services and special events.

Managed 32 buildings in St. Louis, Davenport IA, and the Grand Cayman Island. This included high rise residential, commercial, three hotels, mixed use and 952 apartments. I was responsible for the day to day operation of each overseeing Maintenance, Security, Landscaping and Construction. I also handled the specifications, neogotiations, and implementation of contracts with all outside vendors and contractors. I had thirty eight people and four department managers reporting to me.

I was hired by Balke Brown to assist in the start up of their newly formed Residential Division. I helped take Pointe 400 a 16 story high-rise in downtown St. Louis through the last eighteen month of a 49 million dollar rehab. I was on site daily daily during the construction phase and was also responsible for producing the punch list for subs and verifying all items had been completed before reserves were released. Then following up on all warranty issues. Lofts at the Highlands was also under my duties.

I supervised the maintenance of ten properties, seven full medical, two class A office and one strip center. Handled all tenant buildout along with soliciting bid packages for projects and services. Budgeting for RTU replacements, roofs and other capital improvements for each property also fell under my duties. Including the awarding of the contracts and oversight during the actual work.
