Advising and Overseeing the implementation of various innovative health solutions as part of the Health and Employment Partnership team (HEP), to gather evidence to make impact and shape Government policy and future funding for scale 2024 - A KEY BID TEAM MEMBER to win the next 5 year phase of IPSGROW to support triple the number of people who gain supported employment across the NHS Assist over 2019 - 2023 with the design and mobilise supported employment services across GMCA for people with a learning disability or mental health conditions (59 staff) and a review of all supported employment across Scotland (39 local Authorities) with recommendations into the Scottish Executive Since 2018: Advisor for IPSGROW which will support the expansion of IPS services in 62 NHS Trusts, to reach 50,000 people with a severe and enduring mental illness and support scale and coverage across all drug and alcohol treatment services in England Over 2020/21: Lead project manager to explore routes to scale for a health intervention across 5 European countries - resulted in scale across Denmark, Czech Rep. and France. 2017 - 2024: Operational Improvement advisor for MHEP - multiple Social investment bond commissioned services across England - supporting 2000 people into paid employment 2017-2021: Initial lead to co-design and mobilise for the West Midlands Combined Authority, the Thrive into Work RCT Project, largest trial of a supported employment intervention into primary care in the world - resulted in 5500 participants and further commissioning £58mil of new services
