Responsible for managing the distribution function of LPG across our domestic and commercial customer base. The role includes the day to day management of drivers, office staff and vehicles. I am also the nominated Transport Manager with legislative responsibility for the entire vehicle fleet and driving workforce based at the site. My site is also a distribution hub managing customer orders for several other Calor locations across Wales and the South West.

Responsible for setting up and managing all of Drake's productivity enhancement services in South Wales including temporary help, outsourced multi-staffing and permanent search and selection. Sectors covered include: industrial, driving, office and public sector. The role includes sourcing and recruitment of staff, managing individual and collective performance, dealing with disciplinary issues and ensuring that Drake's workforce solutions provide quantifiable productivity benefits for their client base.

Set up an independent agency specialising in driver/industrial recruitment after working for the previous 4 years in recruitment and consumer finance. This company entered into a partnering arrangement with Drake International in 1994.
