On the spot decision making.- Numerous store refurbishments & rollouts for major retail chain for its Interstate and New Zealand stores. - Scheduling of works with trades and also the merchandising by the retail store for all projects. Project Management: - Interstate rollout programme for major retail chain. - Quotation sourcing from numerous contractors. - Scheduling of works with trades and the merchandising by the retail stores. - Ensure all works completed/finalised to clients high standards and no defects left outstanding. Shopfitting Works:- Fixture relocations.- Installations.- Removals.- Fixture modifications.- Maintenance.Maintain professional work ethics for all above roles. With main focus on OH&S, timeframes and budgets. Also ensuring high customer service to my clients internal and external customers.

Works in major retail stores such as Woolworths, Big W, Dan Murphys, BWS, and Woolworths Petrol. Duties include general maintenance, repairs for OH&S preventions, shopfitting (new builds, relocations, modifications), signage (installs, relocations), store defit works.

Contracted site supervisor to manage sites during Kmart full store refurbishments with 100+ trades, visitors and Kmart layout staff per shift, to deliver projects on time. Duties included organisation of site and trades, daily project updates to senior parties, weekly site meetings, scheduling, waste control, inductions, stage signoffs, site inspections.
