Part of a team responsible for project management and execution of the global implementation of MSTC franchise clients Morgan Stanley Invst Mgmt and Barclays Global Investors (BGI) to JPMorgan Chase.• Operational and Transition Management responsibility, which included analysis and service gap resolution on site in London, Luxembourg and New York.• Assisted with the regional processing project initiative (building local Asia processing capability), derived from the MSTC franchise client requirements. • Provided on-site technical support for BGI at their London offices for conversion week.• In addition to the MSTC project, Transition Project Manager for incremental business, new wins and re-structures in the UK/ Europe region.• Responsible for on-boarding and initial client service management of the large Aviva/ Norwich Union (GBP30bln in assets) insurance relationship.
