Superannuation Fund Administration

• Management of multiple client groups (Global Investment Managers and Government entities) responsible for overall client service in addition to custody, daily fund accounting and unit pricing• Initially managed a team of 65, including 4 Asst. Vice-Presidents and 6 Managers. The team has reduced significantly (to 30) and this was achieved due to increased efficiency by process improvement and successful implementation of functional centralization/ off-shore migration strategy.

• Management of Asia-Pacific custody trade settlements, custody cash/ foreign exchange transaction management.• Management of investment accounting for Corporate Action, Futures/ Options, trades/ cash and foreign exchange. This included re-designing the processes and successfully on-boarding the FX/ derivatives processing and reconciliations from the Fund Accounting teams. • Middle office responsibility for trade matching and corporate actions.• Overall responsibility for 55 staff, including 2 Asst. Vice-Presidents and 5 Managers.• Responsible for product area budget of over $2m and project management/ execution of continual process improvement initiatives.

• Management of two Asst. Vice-Presidents new business/ transition Implementation Managers.• Coverage of the Australia/ NZ and Asia client base for transition activity- new client on-boarding and portfolio restructures for superannuation funds.• Daily project co-ordination with Clients, Investment Managers and Transition Managers • Project Manager for successful on-boarding of custody/ administration (Accounting, Performance, Unit Pricing, Financial Reporting, Cash Management and Unit Registry) clients.• Re-built and enhanced operational management reporting for all restructure and new business implementation activity to support optimal resource planning across the business.

• Responsible for transition project management and execution as part of the integration of BT Portfolio Services clients into JPMorgan Chase custody and administration. • Major focus on emerging market asset transfers, and addressing the re-structuring challenges that were required for seamless continued investment in these markets.• Asia/ Australasia Transition Implementation Manager for incremental business, new client wins and portfolio re-structures.

• Morgan Stanley Trust Co integration project- one year. Part of a team responsible for project management and execution of the global implementation of MSTC franchise clients Morgan Stanley Invst Mgmt and Barclays Global Investors (BGI) to JPMorgan Chase.• Operational and Transition Management responsibility, which included analysis and service gap resolution on site in London, Luxembourg and New York.• Assisted with the regional processing project initiative (building local Asia processing capability), derived from the MSTC franchise client requirements. • Provided on-site technical support for BGI at their London offices for conversion week.• In addition to the MSTC project, Transition Project Manager for incremental business, new wins and re-structures in the UK/ Europe region.• Responsible for on-boarding and initial client service management of the large Aviva/ Norwich Union (GBP30bln in assets) insurance relationship.
