Research, develop and execute strategic communication plans for the federal governmet and Department of Defense. Currently, working on a strategic communication effort for United States Navy's Fleet Readiness Enterprise at Fleet Forces Command.

Lead Communication Analyst (CACI):Primary client Naval Personnel Development Command (NPDC). Working with NPDC and the Navy learning centers, publicize educational initiatives and programs to the Navy’s global workforce and professional training organizations. Develop and execute targeted marketing communication efforts to support Navy’s transformational global Sea Warrior training and human resource programs. Efforts include branding and promoting the Senior Enlisted Academy, the Navy College program, the Center for Personal Development, and the 5 Vector Model, Sailors’ interactive online career tool.

Deputy Director, Public Affairs for Operations Lifeline (Commander, United States Navy) for U.S. Disaster Assistance Center Islamabad, Pakistan. Developed and executed public affairs and diplomacy effort that increased U.S. approval rating among Pakistanis from 23% to 80%. January – April 2006.•Drafted a joint strategic communication plan for U.S. Disaster Assistance Center that involved U.S. Embassy, DART, and USAID senior leadership.•Wrote public affairs guidance and coordinated media coverage for 7 major transition and turnover ceremonies and 5 press conferences resulting in national and international media coverage.•Organized and supported Earthquake relief event for President Bush and the First Lady with Pakistan’s President Musharraf.•Produced, directed, and distributed a 20 minute Operation Lifeline documentary highlighting U.S. relief and humanitarian efforts. Program is now considered a living tribute to U.S involvement and was broadcast throughout Pakistan.

Public Affairs Officer (United States Navy, Commander) for Task Force Excellence through Commitment to Education and Learning(EXCEL)/Naval Personnel Development Command, the Chief of Naval Operations transformational effort to revolutionize and revitalize Navy Training.-Wrote and executed strategic communications plan promoting the Navy's Revolution in Training to 380,000 Sailors.-Generated national media coverage: NBC Today Show, The Wall Street Journal-Produced interactive Revolution in Navy training CD-ROM explaining and promoting Navy Knowledge Online (website), Sailor career continuum (5 Vector-Model), and Career Management System. Distributed to 90,000 Sailors.-Organized, trained and deployed Revolution in Navy Training Briefing teams that reached 80,000 Sailors.-Wrote speeches and weekly talking points for the Chief of Naval Operations, Chief of Naval Education and Training and the Director of Task Force EXCEL.
