Managing all aspects of the installations service from assisting technical and sales departments through to booking the installation and successful completion of each job. Management of an office of 4 operations staff and 8 on site installation teams as well as sub-contractors; this could amount to between 14 and 25 fitters at any one time; managing their behavior, performance and all HR and Health and Safety issues associated with the role. Day to day responsibility for managing all installations from start to finish by liaising with sales team, discussing plan designs, undertaking survey of the site, creating a schedule of works, responsible for ordering products and engaging contractors and sub-contractors as well as working with other sections of the company to execute installation.
