Mr. Krause: Bachelor of Science Aeronautics and Biochemistry, Master of Aeronautical Science, and Master of Business Administration, and Graduate School of Executive Development. He has served in a variety of corporate leadership positions. Lifetime Membership -Membership in Sigma Beta Delta is the highest national recognition a business student can receive at a college or university with a Sigma Beta Delta chapter. To be eligible for membership, a business student must rank in the top 20 percent of the junior, senior or graduate class and be invited to membership by the faculty officers.Mr. Krause retired as CEO of P. Gerhard Krause Investments, LLC; a land investment company managing holdings in Washington and Oregon. He served six years in USAF, and is a Vietnam veteran. As a pilot, he has promoted aviation in his community and volunteered for SAR, Customs and DEA activities. He has expertise in system safety, risk management, and planning, hazard identification, analysis, assessment, and decision process. Mr. Krause is a piano and organ performance instructor. He has performed at the USAF Academy, Notre Dom Cathedral in Paris, and locally at the Rialto, St James Cathedral, Lagerquist Hall PLU, and Benaroya Hall. Mr. Krause is committed to supporting higher education. He has donated extensive time and resources as Life Member and Presidents Club Member to Western Washington University Foundation and Western Washington University Alumni Association. He is a Founding Contributor for the Ford Hill Piano Scholarship and Founder of the Arthur Hicks Piano Scholarship of Western Washington University Fine and Performing Arts. Additionally, Mr. Krause is a Life Member of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Concordia University. Mr. Krause enjoys music, eating, aviation, hunting, swimming, snow skiing, tennis, golf, and ping pong.
