I am an enthusiastic, energetic and professional result driven individual with 11 years retail management experience and a track record of delivering improved performance and high level customer experience. My most recent role is General Manager of Lush Cosmetics Causeway Bay concept store in Hong Kong, during my employment this store ranked constantly in the top five most profitable Lush stores in the world. Before this role i opened the first TopShop in Central Hong Kong, this Flagship store was the first its kind in Asia, currently ranking number 2 in the company, previously I was a Dual site Manager for Monica Vinader, a luxury UK jeweller and was involved in the extension of the chain in the first stores outside of London, driving sustained improvement in performance of flagship stores in London (Oxford St., Westfield) for THE GAP and multiple years’ experience in high end fashion stores (Emporium Armani, BOSS).I have built on my experience of working on shop floor to successfully transition to more operational roles while continuing to act as a strong role for staff to drive productivity, service and above all sales. I combine a passion for a high level of customer service with high quality product knowledge in order to optimise commercial and visual impact and increase profit.  Working as sole member of management team in region helped me develop my organisation skills and ability to work with limited supervision as well as giving me experience in all areas of the business.
